Dallas Woman has Arm Lift Following Massive Weight Loss

Hanging, loose skin on the inside of the arm led this patient to undergo brachioplasty surgery. During her arm lift, incisions were placed on the underside of the arm and extended from the underarm to the elbow. Excess skin and fat were removed, and the internal supportive tissue was pulled tight and secured. Surgical results show a tighter, younger appearance.
