DFW Woman has Breast Augmentation Using Saline Implants

Breast augmentation surgery allowed this patient to go from a mid-sized A-cup to a full C-cup. Dr. Yaker used an inframammary incision (under the breast in the natural fold) to place saline implants with 360 CCs into a natural position within the chest wall. The results show fuller, shapelier breasts that are proportionate with her frame.
