North Texas Area Woman has Breast Augmentation Surgery

This patient in her thirties had breast augmentation surgery using saline breast implants. Before the surgery, she was an A-cup and desired to become a solid C-cup. During the surgery, Dr. Yaker made the incision under the breast (inframammary) and placed 270 CCs in each breast to achieve this result. The post-operative photo shows an attractive, natural shape, with no scarring due to the location of the incision.
